Bank of America designed this policy to accommodate the two-dose prescribed course of treatment that the covid vaccine requires. The company made the move after it said in December that it will broaden benefits for the workers who need child or adult care services.

According to a memo by the company, the employees will have the option of up to two had days for up to four hours. Additionally, The number of hours taken to complete the vaccination cannot exceed eight hours in the current year.
